Wants to 'sample' all organic life for possible resistance to the Flood. Quite possibly Rampant as all hell. Any! He does have a lab set up near the Junkyard for, uh, processing organic samples, but he needs more volunteers/victims. Following that, people trying to stop/destroy/generally police him would be v nice. Given half a chance he will try and laser a character to sample their delicious goo. Has more credits than he should via hacking and is willing to give them to you in exchange for doing horrible science to your person. Is nigh indestructible.
