Any CR would be fantastic, especially plot. It should be noted that she doesn't make friends easily, given her obsessiveness and paranoia, as noted above. She's psychic - telepathy and telekinesis. Her range has been limited to 'only if she can touch them, and even that's a little unreliable,' so it's easy to avoid, but it may come up. (Canonically she is much more powerful, down to immortality and nearly resurrecting the dead; she has not adjusted to the power reduction yet.)
