Buffy ponders this for a moment. The act of physically writing something down could potentially trick her memory into thinking it's writing to a very slow drive, and make it easier to remember. Or, if nothing else, she'll be able to look at it and remind herself what she's remembered.

She nods. "Yes. If it's not any trouble. I think it might help."

...She grabs a whole three pieces of popcorn and adventurously puts all three in her mouth at once. She is such a badass.
