When he expected pain from the psionics, he was almost shocked to feel the opposite. He curled his arms around his sides, closing his eyes for a moment. It's almost as if he can feel him. He was going to feel him again soon and he was so happy to know this.

"It works... It really does," Eridan replies back, straightening his figure and fluttering his eyes open. These good feelings he was feeling, he slowly begins to walk backwards, grinning a bit. "I'll be back in a bit, actually. I just want to get somethin' t'eat and grab a couple a things."
