Alternatively, someone can ask you a specific question about the headcanon you have for a certain character. This gives you the option to answer questions pertaining to certain subjects, or think about a question you hadn't considered/answered with your headcanon yet.

There's no limit to the topics or the amount of times someone can ask about a character. It can be huge things like how their life was before their canon, or something smaller like their first time making sweet sweet... um, baked goods for the family. As long as you think it's something that is accurate to your character but it isn't in their canon.

Don't ask questions you don't actually want the answers to, man.

The canon is pretty sparse. At the end of the game, the final boss offers to return his memories, but he declines the offer, preferring to stay in Sharance Town with whichever romantic interest he ended up with. So the four little memories in my app are all there is for that.

My headcanon for the rest... well, actually, some of this might be regular canon that I just forgot came from the game. (It's got a lot of text, and I haven't played it much since apping Micah.) But, the guard duty was in his hometown, which was one of only a few places where monsters and humans could actually live together peacefully. And his Sharance flower mission was actually part of that -- it's kinda dangerous for a village full of hybrids in a country full of racial tensions, y'know? So, really, he's been a guard for that town the whole time.

Given that Vega does not have his tattoos prior to joining the military, I think that he probably started getting them upon finishing his training. It was a sign that he'd followed through and committed to the Alliance cause. I would think that he started with the neck, as it's the most visible - again, a visual sign of his commitment - and he has it prior to his mission on Fehl Prime. At least, if the designs for Paragon Lost can be believed.

The continued design on his shoulder likely came after the events of Fehl, in memory of those lost under his command. It was a permanent way of reminding himself of where he stood, what he'd lost, and where his actions had led him - and a sign he'd never forget those who'd died because of him. It happens to be the tattoo with the cross-like symbol at the centre as well, so I think it has a different meaning than the others.

The rest is a bit... dependent on what we can't see. His character design shows him having similar markings on his back as on his chest. We never see the tattoo he gets for joining up with the N7 - Shepard assumes it's an N7 tattoo, but Vega never says that explicitly. As all of his tattoos tend to follow the same theme, I'd imagine that the ones on his chest are similar to bars on a uniform, marking his ascension of the ranks, and the ones on his back were added after his decision to join N7.

/tl;dr

Art museums. Mostly because people don't expect him to go there, so he doesn't get noticed as much. Other time's he'll just climb on his bike and get as far outside the city as a tank of gas will get him, find a library or a cafe, and sketch or read until he has to go back. Or just ride as far as he can go in a day/before his handlers panic.

When you've got a year to yourself (plus two more forthcoming) and nothing to do with it but read, experience surreal dream sequences and think about shit, it's pretty hard to not start entertaining a whole lot of different possibilities. Her mother in particular is one that it would be pretty hard not to keep coming back to, considering all the unresolved shit left there when Jack killed her compounded with the possibility of actually meeting her again.

So, short answer, yes she has. She's concluded that her outlook of her mother as a dangerously insane perpetually inebriated mad scientist master of passive aggression was, somehow, both off-base and really underestimating her. She's all but certain she went through with that whole ridiculous stunt with Jaspers so, y'know, Jaspers would be around to be prototyped late. Under the specter of "there's a decent chance that she did this to prepare me for Sburb", a lot of her mother's actions have a different light to them.

Having said that, she's not really sure that she was actually trying to show an interest in Rose's life and her interests, and when she thinks about it, she usually concludes that, no, her mother was probably more focused on preparing her for Sburb (and waiting for Rose to 'catch up' to her) than anything else. Either way, she regrets not broaching the subject when she had a chance during the short time her mother was on Sacrosanct.
