Wake up promptly at shift change. This does not frequently correspond with any specific hour. Recalibrate armor/weapon. Eat. Preform scheduled serious business tasks of the day. Harass each one of her crewmates for data about how to upgrade the ship. See if she has any open quests tasks that need finishing. Gather intel. Check her messages. Try to hack something. Shoot it when that fails. Stalk off when shooting it does not yeild positive results. Return to base. Eat. Take shift. Sleep.

Shepard's day works off the expanded military clock. 28 hours. So every day she slips another 4 hours forward, making her hours very unpredictable. It's like she saves, closes the game, and comes back the next day. It's bizzare.
