A real friend always helps dispose of the body, right? And Kaylee and Parker are obviously friends.

Honestly, though, killing is a Bad Thing and Parker doesn't, as of now, know that respawn's on. She'd probably be pretty fucking freaked out if Kaylee dragged her out to Jack's dead body and asked for help. Not that she WOULDN'T help, especially if Kaylee is obviously in distress (as I'm sure she will be) but it will be more of a Big Giant Thing that she may angst about later and less OK NO PROBLEM WE GOT THIS.
