ahaha, well, Flynn knows about the Federation but he got stuck in the Grid before TNG came out.

He'll be weirded out for awhile, but I'm sure he'll eventually decide that Hardison's an okay guy.

Hardison can talk about how cool Data is and Geordi can tell him stories about his many social shortcomings.:D
