I don't know if that's allowed or not, but Pleakley is fantastic, and Geordi is unfazed by the idea of aliens. They totally need to interact.

Geordi may be unfazed by aliens, but he's people shaped, and that means Pleakley will be blending in with the natives and donning his perfect fool proof disguise.

Truue...and actually Geordi might be fooled longer than most, since he...probably won't notice that Pleakley only has the one eye until someone points it out to him.

On the other hand, his VISOR can detect heat/other radiation, so if Pleakley's giving off anything not human-normal, he'll notice right away.

How does his visor work with that heat thing?
Because Pleakley's heat signature would be markedly different than a humans in that all his internal organs are cloistered around his thighs.

That was kind of weird to type.

His internal temperature is pretty human standard though.

The VISOR basically lets him 'see' the entire EM spectrum, and he can detect both body temperature and heart rate. So...yeah, he might be able to detect that all Pleakley's organs were in the wrong place?

But he wouldn't say anything about it or think it was weird; he's totally used to running into aliens every day. If/when he finds out that Pleakley is trying to pass for human, he probably wouldn't rat him out unless he thought he was doing so for some nefarious purpose.

Might think he's kinda weird for pretending to be human, but, well...

Well, if he's looking for heart rate's that day, he might discover that Pleakley spends a lot of the time close to the ground or something, because his heart is in around his thighs too.
