It's really not within game policy to post in the communities with characters that haven't been formally accepted or even applied for. The game doesn't do this for prospective players so it's unfair if we did this for current ones.

I think the mods already spoke to you about this, didn't they?

The moderators have never spoken to me about this before, nor have I seen them speak to anyone else in game on the matter, nor have I seen it in the rules. I do understand why this might be the case, and will refrain from doing so in the future; though I would like to point out that the character in question is actually a dropped character (this does not change the situation and I will still refrain from posting with either this character or my other dropped character in the future).

However.

I would also like to note that I would have preferred to have heard this from an actual moderator and not an anonymous contributor, and also would like to ask you to abstain from commenting to me anonymously in the future in cases such as this. I fail to see why you could not have politely informed me of this matter whilst logged in.
