Sonny just wants to cover up and blend in. If he sees something with a hood HE MUST HAVE IT to cover his NAKEDNESS robot self. Turns out glowing clothes ain't as discreet as he'd hoped...even though all the kids are wearing it these days.

CAN HE TAKE THE PANTS TOO? And boots?

M-maybe Pleakley was harassing Gibson to do laundry? You know, for his own good?

They won't actually glow if they're not on Gibson/someone else with an identity disc, so they might be more effective for blending in than you think! ... well, until Gibson gets a good look at that suspiciously familiar hoodie and/or pants and/or boots.

OH MY GOD YES. TAKE ALL OF IT, SONNY! WATCH GIBSON FLIP OUT ON THE NETWORK! (this also gives me an excuse to let him flail around at User clothes, which will be fucking amaze.)

Er... well, you're more likely to catch him while he's swimming, if Sonny's likely to go by any of the pools in any of the residential districts or something. He'd have a bathing suit on and just leave his normal clothes on a chair by his towel, since he's figured out that swimming in his normal pants isn't the most effective thing ever.

Sonny would look at the disk and be all ... this doesn't look like clothing :| . /Puts it back. Or you know, puts it away for him in thanks for the clothes, by leaving it in a dishwasher or something. /tidies up for you.

It does have a zipper, but Gibson never actually... uses that feature.
