Honestly, Altman isn't sure what to made of Shockwave. He looks and acts somewhat strange, and he has potentially mad scientist written all over him, but he was still helpful when Altman had just arrived. He's not sure whether he trusts him, or even how he feels about him, but the feeling is definitely closer to like than dislike.

Just don't bring up being a robot k.

Hey, nearly all of Altman's AI experience is from a bunch of AI going batshit not too long ago. He'd be just a wee bit paranoid if be found out mister MAYBE MAD SCIENTIST was one.
