We can throw them together through coincidence; I'm not sure Nem would actively seek Rinzler out. He's mildly curious as to what's going on with him because he recognizes Issues even if he doesn't know what they are - he'll use 'glitch' in a slightly looser sense than THERE IS SOMETHING PHYSICALLY WRONG WITH YOU - but not enough to press him for it.
