The only regret that Thane has is how they met. And not even in the "I fought you while you were brainwashed" part, but also in the "I WAS REALLY HORRIDLY DEPRESSED/ANGRY MORE THAN USUAL I am so sorry man" sense haha. Not that Thane really shares any of that; sharing emotions is still kind of difficult for him. Having friends besides Shepard is also really damn weird, but Thane is completely okay with this. He's living a longer life now, MIGHT AS WELL make the best of it.

So anyway. About Anon. Thane is fairly curious about him and the Grid overall, and he would like to learn more, but similarly he's concerned with being too nosy. But dang, thems programs from the Grid be interestin'! Anon seems to genuinely be a good person/program, and Thane would like to preserve that if possible.
