Emile is having a hard time determining if you're his little bro or his big bro. On the one hand, all the IIs definitely consider you one of their own, but on the other...you're 14, dude. And he's really unsure about how well you'll end up accepting IIIs, and, well, okay the whole thing with O'Brien was his fault and he feels bad about it.
