It's pretty simple and fun, folks. This is how this works!

( 01 ) Have a playlist ready! Don't use all your songs--try and narrow it down a little.
( 02 ) Let everyone know how many songs you're working with. Also, which characters you would be willing to write about.
( 03 ) Others tag your post, picking a character or pairing or friendship or familial relationship or whatever, and then choose a number from your list.

(Ugh, this will be so much fail)

Joe and Eridan had been living together for a while now and Joe had begun to feel strange around Eridan. At first it'd just been a favor to Feferi, but now he worried about the kid. When he tried to think of why he would feel this way he'd remember the look on his mother's face before he'd run off with some of the other punks of The City. That look of worry when he'd leave and the look of relief when he'd come back.

It wasn't until Eridan left Scrapcastle and the second SHODAN attack that it fully hit him. Joe had, for lack of a better term, adopted the seadweller. They weren't related by blood, but Eridan was like a son to Joe and those rare moments where Eridan wasn't brooding or depressed forced dark memories of The City from Joe's mind and filled him with warmth.

So Joe decided, he'd do what he could to make sure those happy moments of Eridan's happened more often. After all, what kind of father would he be if he didn't?

(It's hard to make What's This? fit for those two, but I thought a discovery of a new mindset and positive emotion would work since that is sort of the undertone of the song . . . I think)
