It's pretty simple and fun, folks. This is how this works!

They tell you that he's a mutant with voices in his head and that he's going to murder you someday.

You say fuck that shit.

They say he can't overcome them. You say, why don't we test that hypothesis? Have you tried it? Tried helping them fight that part of themselves, instead of just murdering them, brutalizing them? Maybe it'd be easier to ignore that if you showed them another way.

So you test your theory. You test it with brotherly fights and your own rough way of parenting, with rap sessions and music, with rooftop sparring and late nights watching Ninja Turtles and playing Halo. You test it sitting back to back on the roof looking out across the city, you test it seeing who can catch the most fireflies, a guy with telekinetic arms or super speed, but most of all, you test it with love.
