See, he'd probably just shrug it off? It wouldn't inspire angst or anything, because it's presented as being so ~traumatic~ in-game, and he ... doesn't see the haloverse augmentations that way at all? So it's not like he'd look at that and be bothered by it. He'd be like wow this is not how the military works at all ever and would be amused, prolly.
