H'okay. At first he was indifferent to Orange. Just another me, nothing too exciting. Then he was extremely annoyed by him. And now, after multiple kisses and mutual girlfriends and deathly illnesses... he is very unsure. Are they friends? Pink would shrug and say sure I guess. Because there's really no term for what he feels here; Orange can still be annoying but obviously Pink likes him enough to feel shitty after the recent birdseed incident. It's like he's stuck between friends and acquaintances with a dash of residual wtf-age from the hivemind.
