Anon: Clu's a little suspicious of how tolerant Anon can be, especially after Zone 07, but he's not gonna complain, considering Anon's pretty sharp and they have interesting conversations. Which is. Kind of rare, given his track record with the other displaced residents of the Grid.

Cade: bro, why aren't you a Terminator? It'd make his life easier if things just were what they appeared to be, for once. Still, it's not like it's Barricade's fault. And. Technically, he is a killer robot...But does he race?

Seriously, they don't always get along, but Shockwave-dude was one of the first to explain life at Sing to him and come clean about his own homeworld, and if they EVER stop posturing at each other they will probably be bros. Overlords and scientists just kind of work together, man.
