Oh, Jeez, man.

Samus sees Alejandro as someone she can actually trust to do something and not have her need to check on it or take care of him. And that is honestly much bigger to her than someone she can see as a friend. She gets frustrated at his doucheness, because she knows he's better than that, but for the most part by now is okay with it. The weirdest part for her, though, is that she actually finds herself liking spending time with him when she's used to the whole "long wolf I spend every evening sitting on my couch eating ice cream and watching re-runs of Grey's Anatomy" thing.
