I'm pretty sure Wheatley doesn't dislike her, but I don't know if he likes her, either. He holds no guilt for anything that has happened to her, since she wasn't the one that he did all of those terrible things to.

However he's pretty happy that she can't make any weird human noises.

Unless she does.

And then that'd just be weird to him.
