He is going to be hacking the network to prank everyone who opts in soon! Aside from that, he's currently been nudged semi-into Shep's crew and is not overly fond of the SPARTANs trying to police everyone, but aside from that overall he's chill and can even be sorta nice.

He's oh so helpful/cheerful/pleasant, but he'll kill you all in a heartbeat if it's for precious, precious Science. Obsessed with protocol. Wants to 'sample' all organic life for possible resistance to the Flood. Quite possibly Rampant as all hell.
Any! He does have a lab set up near the Junkyard for, uh, processing organic samples, but he needs more volunteers/victims. Following that, people trying to stop/destroy/generally police him would be v nice.
Given half a chance he will try and laser a character to sample their delicious goo. Has more credits than he should via hacking and is willing to give them to you in exchange for doing horrible science to your person. Is nigh indestructible.

Personality: He's a logical little AI dude who likes to project as a green Spartan. He'll almost always use the hologram function of the network at his natural size of eight inches tall. He's a little awkward around people sometimes, but he loves to try.
Type Of CR Desired: Pretty much up for anything at this point. Other AI? Sweet. Organics? Sweet. None of the above? Bring it on!
Noteworthy Things:
Minor AU where he doesn't get taken by another Freelancer and stays with York instead. Has an extreme tolerance for crazy in other AI because all his other "siblings" are on the far side of sane.

Angry douchebag. Gets along a lot better with military - any military - than he does with civilians. Likes blowing shit up, especially if it bleeds.
Anything. Especially aforementioned awkwardness around civilians, but if your dude/dudette is military? That's awesome too.

Again a minor AU (Grunt Birthday). Refuses to take off his helmet, so he'll almost always use audio rather than video. Needs psychiatric help, but preeeeetty unlikely that he'll actually get it.

Er'r'ybodies dad. BIG MAN idk he's pretty chill and out of his team he's the one with the most warm fuzzies toward civilians. Pretty level-headed and generally reliable as all hell. Eh's a big old military dude who blows up Covvie ships and doesn't afraid of anything.
Anything! Jorge likes to stick his big fat mustache into peoples business when it comes to dangerous shit (see: his and Two's recent network post). He likes to keep busy and he likes to pseudo-momdad the wee civvies so :|b
He and Two are tryin' t' keep a running tab of all the stations inhabitants. Other than that... uuuh, if evaskullface starts trying to kill you, hiding behind Jorge is always a safe option.

WELP. This SPARTAN is a leadery type. She tries to get the final say without being overly authoritarian and generally is just pretty casual about... just about everything. She doesn't trust easy but she can generally be pretty friendly by outward appearance (even when she's being menacing) and she has some strange quirks like nicknaming things and spouting out amusing phrases.

Unfortunatelyyyy Black team tend to act like they're better than most since they're super special sues and One is no exception to this, so she tends to keep to herself/to her sister, even around other Spartans.

Anyyything. I guess One just needs to get out more and make more frands/anything, sooo...
Nothing much? She's only got one eye, and when she's in full armor she's got a voice mod that makes her sound like a man. She doesn't tend to take off her helmet as much as the other Spartans. She... actually hasn't done it yet, except for Jorge and Two, obviously.
