OH GOD. Buffy confuses Karkat so much. So fucking much. No one has ever been so adamantly nice to him, and at first, it made him incredibly suspicious. Either 1) she was setting him up for something, or 2) she had something nefarious in mind. But... Those two things never happened, and they watch movies together, and it's kinda nice? Like, he actually enjoys it? Which, coming from Karkat, is a lot. Because Karkat never enjoys anything. Ever.

Also, Buffy's the first human to actually want to watch Alternian cinema. Which is exciting in a really dorky way.

He actually feels pretty content hanging out with her? Which is assumes is the friendship infecting him. But, for once in his life, he's pretty okay with that friendship disease.
