Kind of, but you play it in real life and it destroys your home planet. And if you win, you get to create a new universe.

[That startled him.] Woah. That's some game. Makes the community I was connected to back home look like child's play in comparison. ...Granted it wasn't a game, but it connected to people from other worlds and send out weird viruses that did things to people temporally like switch their gender, change their personalities, alter their memories and so on. It's kinda complicated.
