Star Wars
Luke is some combination of galactic hero and whiny teenager. He's on the road, anyway. Responsible but still a little sheltered, principled but impulsive.
Right now? ANYTHING. I'm just getting started, so it's not like I'm desperate yet or anything, but if you guys have ideas for a newbie here, I am all ears.
None at this time. He's going to have some daddy issues to work out--I plucked him from just after finding out about Vader. Otherwise we're sort of blank slate right now and I'm taking things as they come.

I'm not so sure about "Jedi Master" but Zaeed is old, throws around a lot of anecdotes, and is the station's "cool dad." Stay up late and handle firearms.
