Not much needs to be said between the two of them. Soundwave has withdrawn enough that's he's much more like his old self -- cold, logical, distant. It's better to be silently angry in regards to this whole ordeal.

As far as he's concerned, everything else can just go die. He wants just himself, Shockwave, and Skyfire. He hopes to eventually eradicate everything else that does not matter.
