Um, I have no clue about anything about Leoben other than skimming that history section on his journal, so does he know about machines or something? I know Tardis is helping her find parts so someone to help put 'em together could be useful.

Well, Leoben is a robot (just a ridiculously human one known as a cylon) and while canon doesn't give me a whole lot, it makes sense to me that as a robot, he knows about other machines and how to deal with them. (He's seen building radios in canon so there's somewhat of a basis).

And if not he can build a radio that will get stuck on the spanish radio chanel setting because I have to do that because RVB. >.>

Lol that could actually be pretty funny. Though it would probably be closer to a centurion (which are the robot-looking cylons. Cylons come in 3 types).
