CANON: Batman: the Animated Series
PERSONALITY: Homicidal clown and ex psychiatrist... childish and deadly.
TYPE OF CR: Everything!! Friends might be nice, considering she kinda sorta almost killed a lot of people and her only 'friends' currently are her pets. ;_; Well.. and Damian... sorta.
NOTES: Eventually Harley will either be released from custody or be sprung out, but idek... I'm open to anything and everything.

CANON: Heralds of Valdemar
PERSONALITY: A rather self-effacing gryphon that suffered emotional abuse from shortly after her hatching. Kind and devoted.
TYPE OF CR: All the things. I want to develop friendships so when I do things to her, it will matter, lulz. :(
NOTES: Completely open. I'm wanting to turn her human at some point, but this is open to events/occurrences/mishaps/whatevs.

Eponine Thenardier
CANON: Les Miserables
PERSONALITY: A tomboy chick with a rough exterior, but a fragile heart.
TYPE OF CR: Eponine needs friends, man. :( Gal pals or guys... she ran with guys back home. I'd also love for her to have reading/writing/english lessons at some point.

Obviously Harley and Ickle Steph will have to have shenanigans when she gets out. BUT BEFORE THAT. It might be fun if Steph and Zhaneel start hanging out on Robin patrols? And Steph is very good at making friends with tomboy chicks :D

Zhaneel would be delighted to join Steph on patrols... she's a scout by nature in her own canon, so it will be a slice of home.

I think Eponine and Steph would get along rather well, actually... head butting moments and all!

They're basically the perfect villain/vigilante set. THEY WOULD GET ALONG SO WELL. /HORRIBLY. /BOTH.

She would love the company of someone who thinks she's talented and not a failure ;w;

Basically what we see of Steph's friends in high school are the outsiders crowd, and people who look sorta like punk rockers... and tend to get in trouble but not too serious trouble. So I can see them being fast friends.

Harley is a baddie, but damnit, she's got a good heart unless she's around the Joker... mostly... okay, well, shes's pretty much batshit(LOL) loco when it comes to Bats that aren't Damian, cause she's got a soft spot for the kid. He was super nice to her when the nice brainwashing thing happened and she remembers it.

But... she mostly tries to kill Batfamily members, in that silly 'i try to kill you, you thwart me' kinda way... so, what I'm saying ultimately is YES, I CAN SEE THIS BEING BEAUTIFUL. Definitely a win some, lose some, kinda deal. 8D

Zhaneel has been raised her entire life being told she is nothing and a mistake and a disgusting worthless example of her species... She is the last one that will EVER say something horrid to Steph, but she will keep her on the right path. Steph would be good for her, too... and patrols would give her something to do!

Eponine tries to steal and do other illegal stuff (minor, mind you), but it's how she was raised. She's a good girl at heart, but habits are hard to break. I can totally see Steph trying to 'bust' her on one such outing and friendship blooming from there on out. <33

Oh totally. And at this canon point Steph is still rather morally grey (stealing a coke here and there, nearly killing several people... same old, same old), so it would be mostly half-hearted and certainly wouldn't stop her from bonding.
