Aside from the obvious Halo, I also like Castlevania, Pokemon (I HAVE CAUGHT THEM ALL well until B/W come out in English anyway), Super Smash Bros., etc. Also I like to read anything with dragons in it or a good scifi. Some of my authors are Guy Gavriel Kay, Sharon Shinn, Steven Brust, George R.R. Martin, and C.S. Friedman.

Recently that's all it's been, since I haven't had terribly much gaming time. It's a relatively new 360, so I'm still working through ACII before I'm allowed to play Brotherhood, Fable 2 before I can play Fable 3, etc.
