"This music..."

Vaultie craned his head, his hand hovering over the holotape player. As advanced as the machine seemed to be, the music that creaked out was slow and filled with staticy fuzz, recorded on something much more ancient than either of them were used to.

"It's pretty motherfucking chill." Gamzee grinned, eyes heavy-lidded as he leaned back in his chair, balancing a tin of sopor on his thigh. Vaultie brightened. "Yeah. Fucking fancy. I'm all to be diggin' this shit."

"I thought so. I thought it was nice and calming, which goes good with pie, you know? And I thought when I eat this maybe I should try to do something- like, try to be creative, but drink some water with it too, so I don't puke all over like last time. You know?"

Vaultie prattled on, and Gamzee just nodded along. He ate another fingerful of slime.

"... and maybe, maybe sometimes, it would be okay to have pie? In moderation? Long as I drink and make sure I don't die. Take it easy. And all."

Gamzee smiled. "Sounds motherfuckin' ace to me, my fleshy invisi-bro."

And this is SO Easy Living. The setting is so slow and tranquil and you really get that chilled out feeling from it. LOVE LOVE LOVE
