HE LOVES THEM UNTIL THEY START GETTING UPPITY

I mean.

He finds them interesting! Like an experiment, sort of, but he's really wary of the more seemingly powerful ones (cough like the MCP cough). The dude likes to see how they run, and will try and take them apart if he can. And if he can't, then he's gonna be fascinated/cautious around them as a default. ♥

Well, Delta here is really tiny as far as 26th century AI go...but, that said, he is probably super-advanced compared to them 1980s guys.
