Mass Effect
Generally friendly, but doesn't take much seriously. Snarky as all get-out. Is a BIG DAMN PILOT and will make sure you know it if you even so much as mention ships, because he feels so useless here he might be getting a complex. >_>;

FreakAngels
Generally seems derpy and almost childish, like she's not quite right in the head, but can sober up fast if something piques her serious side. Is psychic, and sees no harm in using that to help people even without their permission, so if you want someone who can talk to your character about their issues without them having to confess the issues in the first place, Arkady's your gal.
Anything! I should jump the Spartans with her more since her Singularity BFF is Thom, but I never know where to start. But anyone at all who wants a more off-beat CR, I'm open.

It's kind of hard to describe because it's not very well established in canon..?

Basically all we know is that Guardians cannot be controlled by player characters, which - based on some of the game logic - suggests mild resistance to being controlled by *anyone*. Except maybe each other.

But that's based more on control. So it'd be more that Bro has a chaotic and slippery mind, and probably if he's aware of it he can just shut her out. or at least be REALLY CONFUSING.

That makes sense. She doesn't intend to try to control him anyway, so there's not too much trouble that way.

And if she gets a read on him, she'd have enough to work with even if he shuts her out. We'd just have to make sure we communicate so I know exactly what she'd be getting out of his head, because I'm not canon-savvy.

No, but she spends a little less time in her head now that she has to talk to people out loud, and that always sobered her just a little in canon.

I have no idea. If it ends awfully she'll have everyone in the Normandy house on a rampage. And it's easy to end awful with him--he's got brittle bones. But it's up to you if you want her to make a lot of enemies fast. Hahah
