Aaaaaat some point... Bro is as I've stated semi-resistant to psychic powers, but he actually... has a giant pile of issues that he will never talk about ever, because he is a Strider and they Do Not Do Feelings.

Semi-resistant. You told me once but remind me real quick, what would that entail? She's craftier than she seems, if she thinks she can help him resolve some of the issues she'll find a way even without her full abilities.

It's kind of hard to describe because it's not very well established in canon..?

Basically all we know is that Guardians cannot be controlled by player characters, which - based on some of the game logic - suggests mild resistance to being controlled by *anyone*. Except maybe each other.

But that's based more on control. So it'd be more that Bro has a chaotic and slippery mind, and probably if he's aware of it he can just shut her out. or at least be REALLY CONFUSING.

That makes sense. She doesn't intend to try to control him anyway, so there's not too much trouble that way.

And if she gets a read on him, she'd have enough to work with even if he shuts her out. We'd just have to make sure we communicate so I know exactly what she'd be getting out of his head, because I'm not canon-savvy.

If she wanted, she could know everything he's thought in his entire life, but she and the others tend to feel rude digging deep for no reason.

But if she's trying to get at his issues, she might not be able to get anything from the surface, so she might have to check a little deeper.
