The Major is...kinda fascinating as far as Users go. Not organic but clearly still a User somehow. He just knows it. Plus, she's the most competent opponent he's faced in just about forever so extra extra extra bonus points there. Basically put: she's different and he's intrigued. He would just never admit that.

Gamzee's grateful to Bro for helping him with his fetch modus despite the MATH requirement, and he thinks he's a pretty cool guy overall. Okay like really cool. He knows he's helping out some of his friends, which he's also appreciative for.

He's not yet aware of who Dave is really, and once he finds out he may do a crisis of faith rant, but he'll get over it and there shouldn't be too much conflict there.

He is useful/exploitable. Right up until the point he gets a damn clue and realizes Prism is an ass a bad program and deserves a disc in the face instead of his security protocols helping out. ^____^

She landed right in his soft spot for programs, but he thinks she's a very simple one because she doesn't display much empathy. (Tron standards, man.) He is also suspicious of his Doctor of hers, since her limited empathy means her descriptions of the man don't sound that flattering to a human.

Basically he wants to take care of her because that's his impulse with all AIs, and doubly so with ones that seem lost.
