NO BUT FOR SERIOUS Sollux gets little spades in his eyes whenever he thinks of Eridan! Their kismesis has settled down into something more domestic than harmful, but Sollux finds that he actually rather likes that. He's not the kind to need a huge production that half kills them both made out of his hatred; he'd rather it be something where they push and challenge each other and try to outdo each other, but at the end of the day they can wear themselves out and just make out until they pass out in hateful bliss. And that's exactly what they do!

Oh Davesprite. Sollux feels so bad for him. He's still really attached to him after the Zone Seven shit but Davesprite just hasn't seemed comfortable with him so he's pretty much been like "okay :c" and shuffled off to cuddle Dave in the Striderhaus Shitty Beanbag Pile. He'd offer to get him another body but ... yeah. Basically awkward turtles but he still really likes Davesprite and would do a LOT if Davesprite were the one asking for a favor.

Sollux likes and trusts Terezi! She is his partner, not in crime, but in the LAW. (Sollux doesn't really care about laws, but since Terezi does she makes what they do together not crime at all by virtue of her presence.) He will support her in whatever she wants, and he trusts her to always have his back! He's glad he told Dave to ask her out, too - he ships it pretty hard, they're cute.

He's pretty 0k with her these days! It took him a very, very long time and of course those spats that I am sure you remember but even though she is still Vriska and therefore a fucking dumbass, she's at least trying to get better, and he's forgiven her for the things she did.

He just won't tell her as much so easily because jeez, then she might think he wants to be her friend or something, gosh!!!

When it's just Equius, on his own, Sollux is pretty okay with him. Might even begrudgingly like him. Yeah, he's a total asshole obsessed with the hemospectrum, but...he doesn't try to actually cull anyone lower than him, he's a hard worker, and he is really super good to Nepeta (who Sollux doesn't have any particular feelings beyond acquaintance and "sure she's ok" for, but still thinks she's a sweetheart and probably the most vulnerable of the bunch besides Tavros). Sollux can dig that. He's also better with the actual making of machines than Sollux; Sollux can build things and often has because he tends to think people are morons, but his true joy is in how machines work, not how they're built. Equius is the complement to that - he knows how to put this shit together even better than Sollux, which would also make it more capable of doing whatever he programmed it to do. Sollux thinks sometimes that if they teamed up, there's really not much they couldn't do together. Equius is weird and an asshole, but that could also describe all of Sollux's friends, and he's all right otherwise.

Put Aradia in the picture, and all of that blows up on itself.

Sollux can't stand Equius' treatment of Aradia. For one thing, he's super creepy over her and gets way overexcited about every little scrap of attention she throws his way. For another...well. Headcanon that I've also worked out with Mekky says that Sollux and Aradia were flushed for each other but just didn't talk about it or ask "is this a thing" ever before her death. They'd hold hands, cuddle, maybe even kiss a little, but Sollux never got up the courage to actually ask her out. And then she died, which totally ruined Sollux - I think he was much like his blindself before her death - and that made him a little crazy, and then her ghost started IMing him, and that made him think he really WAS insane, because he had to be hallucinating it. He would have done a lot to have Aradia, his Aradia, back. Even just as friends. He wanted her to be okay again without being 0k, if that makes sense. And then Equius did bring her back, not because he actually cared about who she was but because he wanted her to be his kawaii uguu robot matesprit, and then she didn't really talk to Sollux for the rest of the game, which he could only assume was because Equius didn't want her to. She'd been his best friend before her death and had kept close contact with him after, but now that she was with Equius she couldn't even be Sollux's friend, and that did not sit well with him at all. Put all of that in a bowl and mix it up with the things Sollux doesn't like about Equius - the hemospectrum bullshit, the fetishes, the sweating and creeping - and you basically have one giant stew of resentment boiling over into righteous, vengeful anger.

He would be happiest if Equius just died and never, ever, ever came back within a hundred million miles of Aradia, please and thank you!!! Honestly his hatred is totally platonic, but if things keep going like this his urge to just totally wreck the guy will be so strong that they really will need an auspicetice.

KARKAT. His feelings on you are pretty complicated. Karkat's his best bro, and Sollux really was crushing on him for reals, if not as intensely as he feels for Feferi and Aradia. He's a nice guy past the yelling and really does want to just look out for people, which is good in Sollux's book. He's also had an absolutely awful time because of his blood color, and Sollux empathizes with him a lot for that and really wants to keep him safe.

The thing is that Karkat's also dumb as a rock and has no idea when to stop being a dick, and that's a problem. A big problem. He pretty much thinks Karkat is falling apart now that Kanaya is gone, and he wishes Karkat could have accepted the new Gamzee as his moirail for both their sakes even though he knows it's not that easy. He gets frustrated with the way Karkat's just letting himself go to pieces, to be honest, not just as someone who felt romantic pity for him but also as his best friend. But he just doesn't know what he can do about it, and it gets upsetting for him! So does the fact that Karkat's basically just...run away from all his problems, including Sollux himself. That really hurts, bro. :c

Sollux is just really enthusiastic and curious about Goggles because he wants to know what he's like!! And his modifications were less extensive, and he guesses the guy's got psionics even though he's a human?? HE DON'T KNOW MAN BUT HE THINKS IT'S COOL.

Let's hang out sometime. Sollux will be cutie cutes at you. And possibly talk about his fucked-up feelings on SHODAN that he can't really tell anyone about because no one else was her avatar/favorite son/thing.

SOLLUX SECRET HE HAS A WEAKNESS FOR LITTLE NERDY SWEETIES. Like not even romantically just in general he really likes nice people who are also complete dorks. And this is pretty much how he feels about new!John. The guy's so painfully shy, but he's not annoying like Tavros (Sollux is okay with Tavros but jeez the guy has no idea what a spine is even leaving the wheelchair out of things). He wants to be your friend John, he wants to bring your little inner nerdling out of its shell!! COME, PLAY VIDYA WITH HIM AND MUTIEDAVE, WATCH AWFUL MOVIES WITH HIM AND ARADIA, LIFE WILL BE BEAUTIFUL.

He's pretty okay with John hanging out with Aradia a lot, too, he is glad his girlfriend is making other friends and if she gets on so well with John well he has to be a good guy!! Gosh.
