He's been trying to ignore SHODAN to the best of his abilities, but if she ever tries to pull ANYTHING remotely threatening again? He'll personally see to it that her legs are broken or removed. Repeatedly. He'll find out what the best way to seal her away permanently is, and he'll do everything in his power to justify himself in the process.

As is, he just hates her guts, in a vaguely "get her away, don't want to think about her" way.

Bro is more complicated - he's his bro. He can't deny that. And even with all that, there's a fair bit of resentment starting to build up in him, stuff he'd never really admit to anyone (even himself). Maybe it's a rebellious teenager phase, who knows? So he knows Bro cares about him, and he cares about Bro, but he's finding himself more and more disenfranchised with the person he once held up as a kind of idol. He plays along continually with the irony, because he has no idea what to do with himself other than that, but it's really getting him kind of bad. There's also a fair bit of jealousy finally kicking in above the insecurity. It's one of those weird situations that he could acknowledge that he respects Bro, and that he loves him, and that he cares about him - and when it came down to it, if Bro tried to spar with him blood might end up getting shed.
