Dark Future Meme

Ten years later, humanity and the synthetic life on the station are at odds
Hypatia has inducted as many citizens of Sacrosanct into a private military and launched
an all-out war against organic life and the people of Asphodel.
Some were kept on the station as captives, some escaped down planet-side
to become part of the resistance, and countless others were re-purposed into
Hypatia's willing slaves.

Now, tensions are at a peak and both sides are preparing for a throwdown. Skirmishes break out on the station and planet. Many of Hypatia's prisoners have been freed, but many more have fallen to the clutches of reprogramming.

Where will you be?

How this works:
-If you are synthetic or part-synthetic, OR if you have special armor (Looking at you, Spartans, Troncast, EVERY ROBOT EVER) you are a target for re-purpose.
You can still have escaped down to the planet, but she'll be after you. Going to the station is dangerous, once you enter her wide-area-network you are at risk of being hacked

-If you are fully organic, you are either dead, kept prisoner and made to work on the station, or part of the resistance on Asphodel.

-Anything in-between? You decide. Be creative with this.

-Fill out the form below to give us an idea of what your character is up to, what happened to them etc. Thread with each other! RP it out!

-Also, bring in your extra journals! There won't be the same people on the station ten years from now! If you're planning to app someone, or just have something interesting lying around, toss them in!

He knows how the other Terezi works. How she shuts herself away with her visions for the benefit of the rebellion. How tired she always looks. She does it completely voluntary, and it's saved his life more time than he'd like to mention. So Karkat can't even imagine what Hypatia's wanted from his Terezi and her mind, or what it's done to her. What she's seen or heard or experienced. Honestly, he feels a little guilty for it, and he doesn't want to tell her how he had lost hope. How he kept looking and never gave up, but deep down, when it was dark and no one was around and he didn't have to be the big damn leader, he wondered if dying meant he'd at least see her again. They were stupid thoughts, but when no one could find information on Terezi's location, they were a small comfort. It's been a long, hard year, and thankfully for both of them, his usual guilt concerning losing her in the first place is gone for the time being.

"I fucking missed you-- god, I missed you. I missed your voice and your face and your crazy grin a-and did you seriously ask if I still loved you?" It's less difficult for him than it is for her to tilt his head, and in an instant, he's showering her neck with little kisses and tears.

"Of fucking course I still love you, y-you... you idiot. I'll always love you-- I didn't pine after you for sweeps just to suddenly stop when something bad happens. Sometimes you can be so fucking stupid!" Karkat can't help but laugh between muffled whimpers and sobs.
