Ok but no really Nepeta is super ambivalent towards Eridan, much like she is towards Vriska. While he's naturally a pretty skeevy kind of guy and she definitely hasn't forgotten that horribly awkward attempt to hit on her during Sgrub, in Sacrosanct he hasn't actually done anything too awful that she knows about.
That in addition to the fact that he was Gamzee's matesprit for quite a while creates one of those uncertain situations where she isn't inclined to be particularly fond of Eridan but doesn't exactly have any reason to be hostile towards him. Nepeta is naturally friendly and doesn't seek out conflict, so she's content with being politely neutral towards him when they do speak. No fights are good fights, after all.
That said, she probably wouldn't seek him out personally or for a conversation unless she had a really good reason to. He still reminds her very much of those people who press their faces against windows and breath heavily while the resident is sleeping.
Roleplay is still ok though so long as he behaves himself.
