This is all Amanda's fault :I

There is entirely too much trauma on this space station lately. Which means it's time for the

Broken Elevator Meme!

...Yeah.
  • Your character is riding on an elevator when - oh no - it breaks down and stops! How unexpected.
  • Oh look, someone else is in there with them. How about that.
  • That elevator isn't going to move until your thread amasses at least ten comments. MAYBE MORE.
  • Commence arguing/going stir-crazy/making out to relieve the tension/all of the above.
  • Agree to never speak of this again (and just use the stairs in future).

To achieve the correct atmosphere for this meme, I highly recommend these tracks. HAVE FUN~ :B

[THIS ISN'T A TRANSPORTALIZER! IT'S A...

THIS ISN'T A TRANSPORTALIZER.

Aren't you lucky though? You got stuck with the nicest one, or at least the sanest...

Mostly.]

[ JUST. STANDING SO STILL IN THE CORNER.

Side-eying Kanaya.

Why are there so many gray kids on this station hgdjfghjkfgj ]

So. Uh.

Ever been stuck in an elevator before? [ So awkward. ]

[Just sort of... staring at him. Hi there strange man, do you need an adult?]

I'm not in the habit of using these things. For the most part, I am accustomed to teleportation from both this orbital platform as well as my somewhat "home" universe.

[Headdddddtilt.]

Are you feeling adequate enough to be trapped in an elevator? Which is to say, is there something about the situation that holds enough meaning to you as to unnerve you?

[You cool bro? 'cuz you don't seem cool?]

[identity profile] azulescarabajo.livejournal.com 2011-03-22 03:31 pm (UTC)(link)
. . .Great. [He jabs the buttons a few times just to make sure they're broken.]

Stupid elevator.

[Awww what? Why u do dis space station?]

I told you we should have taken the stairs.

[Probably because Hypatia has a love of awkward situations.]

Well, I didn't think the elevator would be in such bad shape. . .I hope it's just temporary.

If it remains a long term situation, I suppose it is a possibility that you could eventually get us out. Or I could just attempt to cut the door in half.

[Sigh.]

Primitive technology.

1/2

[Stare.

Stare.

Stare.]

2/3 I lied okay

[identity profile] mcfussyfangs.livejournal.com 2011-03-22 06:35 pm (UTC)(link)
[Oh my god! It's just like in your Japanese animes deepest fantasies imagination! Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee]

3/3

[Okay, Maryam. Be cool. You are cool. In fact you might say that you're the coolest. You are fucking ice, alright? Now say something witty and clever.]

Well, it is to be expected on an orbital platform that seems to be on the highest caliber of human technology. Clearly the elevators are intended to break down and leave two trollgirls stranded several floor platforms about the ground. Another victory for human architecture.

[Have a blank look.]

What possible purpose could that serve?

[How does I shot sarcasm.]

[identity profile] mcfussyfangs.livejournal.com 2011-03-22 08:18 pm (UTC)(link)
[Oh. Well this should have been foreseen. Except she isn't the Seer of Mind, so not really.]

My apologies. I was attempting to utilize the human sarcasm your human counterpart had taught me. I suppose we are alike in our difficulty in comprehending it.

[WAY TO BLOW IT, MARYAM.]

It's rather... frustrating, isn't it? When they say one thing and mean something else entirely?

[She stays on her side of the elevator though. Aloof Roheze is aloof.]
