Oh Convoy. c: He knows that you are a robot, and that you turn into a sweet ride, and that you're clearly from a race with advanced technology blah blah obvious things, and he was a little concerned about the venture down to the surface but YOU SEEM PRETTY DURABLE, BRO.

He's gratified to see a synthetic around that he doesn't have to worry about, since Convoy could obviously handle himself against conventional human weaponry, and bonus point for not being crazy and being capable of civil conversations with people. That's refreshing. He likes that.

TWOSIX LIKES TARDIS, she seems very practical and no nonsense, and he kind of thinks she's the commanding AI of a warship. Or at least, that's what she reminds him of. He hasn't pried into the tech specs of her physical form because he feels that's rude, but she seems to be accustomed to a great deal of power/license and that's very intriguing.

Also she made him smile. No one ever makes him smile, they just make him worry.

Shepard you are a scary lady. :| She's a lot like the hardcore security types who were assigned to babysit/contain him back when he was newly awakened in his world, and he's never really forgotten the feeling that he was making their lives more difficult just by existing. HENCE ALL THE APOLOGIES. He does genuinely appreciate the fact that she's a white hat mostly, but yeah, all those hardcore linefacing soldier types only made things worse where he came from. He knows she's suspicious of him and that makes him suspicious of her, a little.

Twosix has been through quite a few disasters by now, and there are always certain types of people in each instance who always behave in the same manner. The military types try to contain the disaster, or take power for themselves for the good of the civilians, the civilians panic and resent anyone in authority, and there's always someone who thinks they know better than everyone else. Sarah is one of the types, and for him it's like watching history repeat itself over and over and over again. It never ends well.

/flailing forever oh Rinzler, you remind him so very much of his former partner and also sometimes his own younger self. Part of him knows he shouldn't be projecting his past onto everyone he meets, but obsessions and guilt complexes don't just go away on their own and sometimes he can't help himself. His self-imposed rules about neutrality in otherworld conflicts were put into place for scenarios just like this, where he wants to intervene even though it's none of his business, so it's probably a good thing that Rinzler isn't the type to exploit that for personal gain.

CLU, on the other hand...

Anyway, Twosix knows what a synthetic in pain and denial looks like, and he wishes very much that he was free to act and try to help.
