THE MORNING AFTER MEME

Last night was great. You drank, you gambled, you ran around naked, you hooked up with a girl/guy or three-- too bad you can't remember it. Waking up in a hotel bed isn't so bad but...
Who is this person next to you?
You know how it is, folks!
1. Post with your character.
2. Tag other people and try and piece the night together or not. Up to you.
3. Anything goes so long as muns are cool with it.
4. ???!
5. Profit!

She prodded him mildly, with her elbow, in retaliation. When she cracked an eye and turned her head out of the pillow, just to glare at him, the sun hit her and she let out a low groan.
Maybe he'd been right. Sentimentality aside, she was starting to see the downside to bedrooms with windows, again.]

Somebody sounds awake.

[She pressed her face back into the pillow, turning to lie on her stomach.]

[It's a mumbled, half-hearted tease. But it's what he does. He puts his head back down and tries to ignore the sunlight.]
no subject
How much shit would you give me if I put curtains over that?
no subject
[He's teasing a little. And he punctuates it with a little nuzzle against the side of her head.]
I think I have to, since you're the one who insisted on having one.

[Shepard lingered for several seconds before she huffed into the space between them and drew herself away. She forced herself into a seated position but didn't throw his arm off, just let it lay across her thighs instead. She blinked into the light, shooting that window a look like it owed her something, before looking back at Garrus.]
I'd think you'd support drapery, definitely pisses off most snipers I've met.

But that wasn't going to happen. So he slid closer, arm wrapped firmly around her middle as he curled himself around her, fringed pressed against the middle of her back.]
Oh, it does. Makes it harder to take a shot if you don't have a decent scope.

[Shepard let out a slow breath and scrubbed a hand across her face. Garrus was wrapped around her waist like she was a pillow and, for the moment, she saw no reason to dislodge him. She settled for lying a free arm atop his and stared at the offending window.
Eventually the light would stop giving her a headache, right?]

[If they ever actually bought a house, he'd probably insist on those. Just because. He'd rather not move, but-]
Want me to get you some water or something? You were going pretty hard last night.
[Why yes, that's a shit-eating grin in voice form.]

"Didn't hear you complaining." She huffed and pulled his arm off her waist so she could sling her legs over the side of the bed. Water didn't sound like a terrible plan, though.

"Remind me not to try drinking quite as much, though."

"At least the water won't give me an allergic reaction. Then I'd be worried."
