He stands up from his resting position as she pounces so she'll miss and lets out a mighty roar.]

[UNPHASED, droping to a fluid tumble and redirecting her momentum to spring off a wall and back at him, responding with a slightly less loud but decidedly equally fierce grating growl]

[He grins a toothy grin and bats at her, claws extended. He instinctively begins to tense for a spring of his own, if he can get the timing right--Emile knows he can crush her with his weight if she insists on fighting.]

[She fluidly avoids the bat by dropping to a roll beneath his paw, grabbing purchase in the dirt with hooked claws and letting her rear snap to the side behind her. With a sharp, fierce snarl she'll spring up, nipping at the closes available expanse of skin]

[He'll leap back at her, then, and he doesn't seem to be bothered if it means a few bitemarks on his underbelly. Landing should pin her down.]

[She's pinned alright, but that doesn't seem to deter her from continuing to growl and nip at whatever she can reach. She's tenacious, that's for sure.]
