[He grips the branch tightly and makes an almost human gesture for Wash to follow them.]

Come. The view is far better from here.

[The froggy hesitates before following slowly. He starts moving more quickly once he realizes he's sticking] This is strange... But fun.

[There, that looks high enough. Delta relaxes onto the branch and starts nomming on some leaves.]

Indeed. I am certain York would want me to experience it fully.

Of course he would. You guys actually get along.

[The bird glares at Wash, clicking his beak.] I could hurt you like that, you know. Just one peck...

Epsilon. [Be nice. The panda's telling you to. He turns back to regard Washington.]

He has always said that it would be easier to relate to humans if I could have my own physical body.

He started it, Delta. Why are you upset with me?

So that you know how it feels. But this isn't the same. Not by a long shot.

It does not matter who is initially at fault. You can prove yourself to be more mature by resolving the problem yourself.

[Nom nom, leaves.] No. However, it is more similar than not having a body at all.

But how? Wash isn't cooperating with me. [Cooperating means doing what he says in this case.]

[have a froggy sigh.] It is similar in that way.

Then perhaps you should cooperate with him.

[He offers a leaf to froggy Wash, careful not to let Epsilon slip off.]

Why should I? He's mean.

I'm only that way because I have to be. [Reaching a foot out to the leaf.]

[Very carefully, he holds the leaf steady so Wash can get on it if he likes.]

For example, York does not use override commands on me because I anticipate his reactions and behave accordingly.

[Froggy climbing on the leaf slowly. It's still really strange for him.]

I tried to do the same for Wash, but he got angry whenever I was wrong.

And you stopped trying?

Of course. What's the point when he's going to be a jerk about things?

[He relaxes a little, doing a panda flop on the branch.]

It is possible he will get better if you continue to try.

[Little froggy finally relaxing. Delta isn't going to hurt him, and probably won't let Epsilon.]

Tired of being the only one trying. He certainly doesn't.

[He's not, and it's a definite advantage in being bigger than both of them.]

Perhaps you would both benefit from starting anew, then.

That requires him cooperating, Delta.

[He makes a light panda grumble noise. It's not that hard, guys.]

Agreeing to compromise with one another to make it more enjoyable for you both.

I know it would. I don't like the headaches.

But he's so boring. And mean.

[That's halfway, at least.]

Do you believe you have a better possibility?

[Birdy is now slouching.] Not really.

[It's okay, Delta is nice and warm.]

Do you think you could try?

I'm willing to try, if you can get him to.

I guess I can try.

[He claps his little panda paws together.]
